When she is first introduced, she is in her first year of study at the age if thirteen. Lillian is the oldest of the Lambs.

Psychology

Caring and relatively normal girl, devestationally intelligent.<ref>She sounded so excited. A kid with a chance to show her stuff. She wasn’t a project, but she was clever in her own normal way. Exceptionally so, it could be said. Maybe it was because she’d been pushed to keep up with us, maybe it was because she was a rare breed.
