Individuals who maintain regular treatment, dosage, or alterations that alter them, often with an emphasis on the mind or allowing additional capabilities. Often fit somewhere on a sliding scale where, at the one end, they can self dose for relatively mild gains, or moderate gains at a trade off, and at the other end, they require facilities. The subject may change in the long term as a result of sustained treatment, often with gains in one respect and losses in another. The mind is almost always affected as a consequence of ongoing treatment.
