Plot[edit]
Percy is chased by Dog and Catcher. They close in on him easily and are about to capture him when the rebels step in.
A chocking gas gets in the way,
Cynthia sets blinds and deafens the academy dogs with a powder. she and her own Mary drag Percy to a brothel where he gets an interview with an old man.
He finds out that they are amazingly well equipped.
