Modus operandi

Percy takes a sample from the original and force grows the copy into the same mature range. During creation trigger phrases and similar are implanted. The original are replaced and sold and the Bad seed takes its place.

Structure

Essentially they are terrorist cells obedient to Percy and trained by his favorite Mary.

Background

Feeling pushed out of academy Percy tried to take things out on the people with futures ahead of them.
