Hangman

The Hangman is an Academy experiment. He hunts down enemies of the Academy. He is described to have very long limbs, and skin that looked to have been flayed away and reattached like the weave of a basket. All of is features are masked under scarred strips of flesh except for a toothless, tongueless mouth and small white eyes.

He kills his targets by dislocating their necks with his oversize hands.
