Builder's Wood

In the world of Pact any wooden item from houses to furniture has been replaced by Builder's Wood.

Houses are grown from it, as much as they are built, and can be repaired through this process. It takes a variety of other forms as well being used to make furniture and other items.<ref>She held a grown wooden chair with metal reinforcement at the legs. - "Cut to the Quick" 11.14</ref> It can also be 'poured' into materials, presumably in some seed form that allows it to be quickly grown.

It needs tending to for it to grow correctly.
