Appearance
It looks like water, but able to move somewhat. 99% composed of water, with the remaining 1% being filaments like spider web, and the translucent organs that make the webs. The filaments allow it to take shape and move, acting as though sentient spider web was added to water until there was enough to take form. It is gigantic and can expand at will.<ref>“Hag Nerve,” Duncan said.

“The nerve in the hag nerve,” Lillian said.
“-And filament chains. To form skeins that catch the water.”

Project Goal
