Mass produced academy creations that are available to the public may not count as experiments but could be treated similarly. [[Nobility]] technically counts given their makeup but like any hypocrisy inherent in a system it instead gives them overwhelming privileges.

There are various protocals on how to deal with experiments. Even sapient experiments are generally not given a name and referred only as 'experiment'.
